MaxNormal.TV is a hip-hop group fronted by Waddy Jones (Ninja) and Anri Du Toit (Yo-landi Visser). The well-regarded and industry recognized conceptual group released its final album, Good Morning South Africa, and soon after reformed with its hardcore “zef” image and vision under the moniker Die Antwoord (The Answer).

Clean-cut looks, corporate suits, mainstream lifestyle frustration and Microsoft Powerpoint presentations defined many MaxNormal.TV performances. Many songs express a yearning to alter the circumstances of the group into something different and more successful. The current incarnation of the Jones and Du Toit duo speaks to their history in this project.

The former Max Normal members, now as Die Antwoord, have proceeded to release the albums $O$(SOS), Ten$ion (Tension), Donker Mag, and plans for the upcoming full-length Rats Rule. These recordings and their respective videos have become wildly popular and the duo continues to produce material for the project, while diversifying their greater notoriety with such activities as starring in the film Chappie, directed by Neill Blomkamp, alongside celebrities like Sigourney Weaver and Hugh Jackman and attracting attention from Lady Gaga and Interscope Records.

Much of the original Max Normal material can be found online at large repository sites. The links below help listeners get acquainted with the project - as the trending desirability of their material proves, they do not disappoint.
